I’d like to take a moment to recognize Brendan Galley: I’ve know him for about a year and come to appreciate his friendship. He’s a really good guy. Transparent and honest when it comes to being a friend. And I can tell from riding around with him that he cares about his job. I’ve come to learn a bit more about roofing since knowing him, from what to look for and what could potentially happen. He knows these great opportunities customers and businesses can get if they only knew what he knew. I’ve never seen anyone this passionate about roofing but- here we are. If you really want to see someone who is as professional as it gets with keen knowledge on roofing, look no further. I respect this guy and hope him the best on his endeavors. From the moment Eddie knocked on the door, I was impressed with PRA. When I told a construction person that we were going with PRA, the response was simple: Good, because they're good. Kevin (sales manager) did a good job overseeing Eddlie and Brett (project manager). Brett was awesome. He didn't delay on communication. He checked in with us in-person. Brett and the whole PRA team did a fantastic job replacing our roof following the May 2023 hail storm. They coordinated work on our solar panels, windows, and all the details for our new roof. First of all, I was impressed by the professionalism and relational ability of Austin. He is an impressive gentleman. Secondly, the estimate was laid out with pictures and written explanation of the issues, which Austin sat down with me to review in detail. The put a ton of leg work into the job and got insurance coverage we were initially denied. Very detailed and committed to us and the project, great quality work that was done quickly once everything could start with insurance lined out. Good follow up after completion. Josh stopped by, who happens to be my neighbor, and offered to give me a free roof inspection. Great, number one; number two, he found nailheads that had popped up around a couple of the roof vents and offered to fix them and seal around them for free.
