At the end of my experience with him, I considered him to be more of a friend and an ally than a contractor. He really is legit, and possesses compassion for what the homeowner needs. Place your faith in Austin and his company. He will not disappoint you. Hands down, this is the best roof I’ve ever had installed. And this is time number 5 over 3 different houses. Austin even showed up at the end to do quality control at its completion. He found a grand total of 5 nails that his crew had missed, and picked them up with the magnet himself. Transparent and honest when it comes to being a friend. And I can tell from riding around with him that he cares about his job.
